What happens to an AI request?

Sent encrypted
When you start an analysis or a visibility check, the request goes to AI Optimizr encrypted. Only signed-in accounts are accepted.

Checked and forwarded
AI Optimizr checks your account and credits and forwards the request through an EU endpoint to the model of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.

Answer back, nothing stays behind
The model is operated in the EU and keeps nothing. We store the result in your account; for billing we record the operation, platform and credits.
Worth knowing: AI requests have no route outside the EU endpoint — its address is fixed in the application's code. So the entire AI processing stays in the EU.
Only you see your data
The protection sits in the database itself, not just in the interface. Without your account, nobody gets to your websites and results.
- Your own data: Each account sees and changes only its own websites and results.
- Secure sign-in: Passwords are never stored in plain text, only as a hash.
- Tamper-proof credits: Credits and bookings are written by the server alone.
No tracking, no advertising
AI Optimizr is paid for with plans and credits, not with your data.

- No third-party requests: We serve fonts and icons ourselves.
- Only necessary cookies: For signing in and your chosen language — which is why there is no cookie banner.
Delete whenever you want
In the app and in the settings — without going through support.
- Delete a website: Removes it together with its analyses, recommendations and visibility checks.
- Delete your account: Ends a running subscription immediately and deletes all your data. Invoices are kept, as the law requires.
- Usage without content: The usage overview shows only website, operation, platform and credits.
About data protection and security.
Is my data processed in the EU?
The AI processing — analysis and visibility checks — runs exclusively in the EU, contractually agreed. Database and servers are located in Ireland. To fetch the public pages of your website (Firecrawl) and to process payments (Stripe), we use providers based in the USA. The details are in our privacy policy.
Do all AI models run in the EU?
Yes. The analysis and every visibility check in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini run through an EU endpoint, and only models operated in the EU are used. Routing these requests to AI infrastructure outside the EU is contractually excluded.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Zero data retention is enabled: requests and answers are not stored after processing and not used for training. This is laid down in the data processing agreement.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You delete individual websites together with their analyses and visibility checks directly in the app, and your account in the settings. A running subscription ends immediately; the current billing period is not refunded. We keep invoices because the law requires it.
Does AI Optimizr use tracking or cookies?
No tracking. We set only technically necessary cookies — for signing in and for your chosen language. That is why we do not need a cookie banner.
