How billing works

Three rules that protect you from surprises.

  • Price visible in advance

    Before a step starts, you see how many credits it costs and how many you have. You only pay for the plan or package you choose, at the fixed price shown.

  • Never more than covered

    Credits are reserved before a step starts. If your balance is not enough, the step does not start — no negative balance, no extra charge.

  • You pay for results

    If a step fails, no credits are deducted. The cost of an unsuccessful attempt is ours.

  • Automatic top-up, if you want it: Off by default. Switched on, it buys your chosen package when your balance falls below 20 % of your monthly credits — at most 3 times a month.

About plans and credits.

Do I need a credit card to test?

No. Your starting credits are credited once you confirm your email address — without a card and without a subscription. You only enter a payment method when you choose Starter or Pro.

What happens when my credits run out?

A step that is not covered does not start, so nothing is charged that you have not agreed to. Before that, the app tells you as soon as your balance falls below 20 % of your monthly credits. You can buy a credit package, switch on automatic top-up or wait for your next monthly credits.

Do credits expire?

Unused monthly credits roll over, up to 3 times your monthly allowance. Credits from packages do not expire. All credits lapse only when you delete your account.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you pay the difference pro rata and receive the extra credits for the rest of the month. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I cancel?

At any time, to the end of the current billing period, through the customer portal in the billing settings. Until then your plan keeps working. Afterwards you are on the free plan, and your credits stay in your account.

In which currency do I pay?

In euros, through Stripe. The prices are final prices: any VAT is included and paid by Stripe, which sells as reseller. Businesses with a valid VAT number can enter it at checkout.
